Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Officer in the Hospitality/F&B industry based in Abu Dhabi you will play a crucial role in managing the endtoend supply chain process ensuring efficient procurement inventory management and distribution activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective procurement of materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize excesses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and plan accordingly.
- Track and manage shipments ensuring ontime delivery and addressing logistics issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Implement efficient procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to inform procurement decisions.
- Utilize supply chain management software for effective tracking and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of inventory and procurement activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Officer in any Restaurant/Cafe/Hotel in the UAE.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- Male candidates are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
