We are seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to join our team and help us reach our online sales goals. As an e-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing and improving our online sales channels, including our website and various marketplaces. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive traffic to our online platforms and increase conversions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and be familiar with the latest trends and best practices. You should also have experience with website management, SEO, and online advertising. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company website to ensure optimal user experience and functionality
• Monitor and analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute ecommerce strategies
• Optimize website for SEO and increase organic traffic
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to ecommerce strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods company
• Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and online advertising
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
