Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's current and future talent needs.
· Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
· Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
· Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
