Job Responsibilities
Arrange visa (work permit, family sponsorship, and visit visa) for employees and their families.
Schedule employee’s visa, medical coordinating with other internal and external departments.
Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
Organize visas and business related travel arrangement for clients and visitors visiting the Company.
Organize periodic renewal of licenses.
Ensure documents are stored physically and electronically following
Document Control processes
Represent the Company at locations such as Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities and other significant Departments such as mobile and landline phone services.
