Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, quotes, orders, and dispatch details efficiently.
Provide accurate product specifications and liaise with internal teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
Ensure order specifications and quotes are checked before placement.
Assist in accounts receivable and collection processes.
Prepare sales order reports and contribute to customer service improvements.
Develop and maintain effective marketing and public relations strategies.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Coordinate with production to ensure timely job completion.
Follow safety and company policies at all times.
