VP of Practice Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all services provided at and to all service locations in the group of practices (8+ locations, 40+ Providers).
• Accountable for the development, execution, administration, and evaluation of efficient and effective clinic operations to support GFP’s purpose, values, and strategic initiatives.
• In conjunction with the senior leadership, develops tactics to implement the long-term strategic plan, including strategies for the operational execution to deliver high-value patient care for shared-value and managed care reimbursement models across the integrated delivery system.
