• Proven positive track record in sales management
• Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities
• Excellent market knowledge of Golf Business, affinity to Golf and good understanding concerning local retail markets
• Demonstrable social competence, presentation and mediation skills for working efficiently with cross-functional teams
• Goal-orientation, excellent understanding of profit and loss account as well as the ability to set up an area sales plan
• German and English business fluent
