Responsibilities
- Identify key customers for product line and assess their potential value in the client portfolio (sales pipeline);
- Process inbound leads from Marketing department and referrals;
- Lead sales and negotiation process to close deals with target revenue and margins;
- Advise on product development in eCommerce logistics and fulfillment markets;
- Drive the continuous improvement agenda for international sales and relationships;
- Develop and maintain sales product packs for clients: pitch decks, contracts, pricing, SOP etc.;
- Report on sales funnel conversion and advise on improvements;
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales targets, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors;
- Ensure achievement of departmental and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies;
- Maintain relationships with customers via constant communication to discuss their evolving needs;

Develop and implement new sales initiatives;
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance;
- Provide weekly report of field sales success and communicate data to management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
