Responsibilities:
- Be an expert at identifying sales talent for clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the sales space
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients

- Experience recruiting sales and business development professionals
- Ability to think creatively
- A natural communicator who loves to engage with ever-changing audiences
- Team player who is values-driven
- Second to none, listening skills
- Energised by multitasking and working to deadlines
- Experience working within customer-centric environments
