Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 10-15 years of work experience especially in Talent acquisition in the BFSI space.
- An understanding of the business and roles in the Banking Global Capability centers.
- Experience and skills in evaluation of candidates to assess job and profile fit.
- Excellent communication skills, creative and results driven.
- Hands-on experience with system implementation and process automation.
- Experience in managing distributed workforce – preferably across different regions.
