Main purpose
The main purpose of the Head of Blockchain its to lead blockchain related initiatives inside the company, discussing business impact and ways to proper use the technology to improve our product. Those are big exposure projects and you should expect to learn a lot about insurance corporations and how to build healthy habits.
Accountabilities
Design and implement blockchain solutions;
Identify internal business cases that could use blockchain technology as a leverage;
Become our ambassador, training the organization forthe future of web3.0;
Keep close eyes on market tendencies and research new opportunities, working closely with our product team;
Evaluate partnership with private and public chains;
Lead a small group of talented individuals;
Requirements
You use blockchain as a means to an end.
You are aficionado on solving clients problem, not just on the technology side;
You want to work side-to-side with non-crypto related engineers and understand the benefits of both worlds;
You want to become a reference on corporate usage of blockchain technology;
Language: English and Spanish
Main Interactions Within & Outside Organization
Everyone on the squad: Daily.
Tribe Design Lead: Weekly/Daily.
Head of Design and Design Operations Leaders: Weekly.
Otherroles in Product: Weekly or monthly.
Sales & Operations: Weekly, as stakeholders forthe squads work.
Key challenges
Apply the designs principles to create solutions in the squad in a time to market that aligns with the tribes OKRs.
