Business Analyst

Our client is one of the reputed operations in the facilities management industry providing facilities services & solutions to royal clients associated with them in the entire kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a Soft Service Manager to handle the overall soft services operations for their client site being based in Riyadh. The Soft Service Manager is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the facilities management teams and service contracts which the company has with the Project Site.

In this role, your responsibilities will be :.

- Management and control of the soft service operation to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets

-Overall site responsibilities in areas of housekeeping, cleaning, security, utilities & catering needs.

-Develop, maintain, and when appropriate deliver related training.

-To manage excellent relationships with all the clients, suppliers, and business partners

-Initiatives including contract renewal, bidding, cost reduction strategies, staff recruitment local and overseas, contract management plan, and customer improvement plan.

- Managing cleaning Subcontractors, waste management, pest control, Landscaping and Fa ade cleaning.

- Should ensure optimal use of manpower and resources to maintain a high level of hygiene standards, from inside the premises to parking areas and public areas.

-Forecasting and budgeting and preparing month-end reports

-Ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels agreed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must fulfill the below criteria:

• More than 5 years of experience in FM - Soft Services
  
• Having a degree or a diploma is a basic necessity,
  
• Any certification relevant to the field will be a plus
  
• Should be willing to work & based in RIYADH, a candidate within UAE willing to relocate will be preferred.
  
• Arabic language speaking will be an added advantage.
  
• Salary package + benefits (accommodation & transportation allowance will be provided)
