Job summary
To coordinate, plan and assign assessors for inspection/audit in timely manner
Duties and responsibilities
Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
Coordination with sales team for any ad-hoc job assignments
Liaison with stakeholders on job assignment scheduling and confirmation
Flow job assignment details to assessors in timely manner
Optimize monthly utilization rate for assessors
Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to stakeholders
Monitoring of submission reports by assessors
Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Possess minimum of Diploma and above
Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
Knowledge in Management Systems and/or Food hygiene will be an advantage
Resourceful & flexible approach to work and as a team
Clear and articulate presentation
