RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process for up to 500 multi-state, union, and non-union payroll
- Entry and auditing of timekeeping records
- Compute wage and overtime payments
- Prepare and post payroll allocations
- Balance earnings and deduction totals
- Maintain payroll records, such as New Hire entry, Direct Deposit, 401k uploads, salary or wage adjustments
- Process terminations
- Maintain Workers' Comp rates by class code
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely manner
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- Other payroll-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Architecture industry preferred but not required
- Experience in entering large datasets into an ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of union and non-union payroll
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll and federal/state tax payments
Salary Range: $55,000-65,000
