The Remote Call Center Rep will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Troubleshooting customer issues and providing technical support
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience
• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good level of decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary Range: 2280.75 - 3250 in local currency This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be required to work remotely from home.
