Do you thrive on sales Are you experienced in the food shipment industry Do you want to work for one of the most established and reliable freight agencies in the UAE Are you ambitious and willing to bring in sales on Day Fluent in Arabic and English Have you been working in this industry in Dubai for at least years 

Our client is an agile company expecting its staff to make quick and sensible decisions Sales staff can rely on great support and be mainly free from office work You will receive investment in your own development will attend trade shows and visit clients across the GCC 

Roles

Client Acquisition

• Identify and target potential clients who require freight forwarding services
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends potential clients and competitors
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities

Pricing & Negotiation

• Provide clients with accurate and competitive price quotes based on shipment specifications
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable business relationships
• Work closely with the pricing and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with company goals

Reporting

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets
• Provide input into the development of sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field
• Proven experience in sales in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of international shipping processes and regulations
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
