Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening interviewing and selection
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees ensuring they are familiar with company policies procedures and benefits
Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve employee issues in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to address concerns and improve workplace satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate and improve employee performance
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and provide support for performance evaluations
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Implement development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression
Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrolment changes and terminations
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare and analyze HR reports providing insights and recommendations to the management team
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends
Qualifications and Skills
- Masters degree in human resources management Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
