Our school is looking for an empathic, enthusiastic and resilient person to take the role of HR business partner and Training framework lead. This is a maternity leave replacement contract to start as soon as possible and until September 29, 2023.
In close collaboration with the school s leaders you will (this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)
Recruit teachers as well as non-academic staff
Follow-up the training policy execution which include the usage of our new online platform
Ensure the implementation of the annual review process inclusive the salary increase and bonus pay-out recommendations.
You will be a focal point of contact for a population of around 200 staff and managers.
