The ideal candidate is proficient, intelligent, curious and capable of having fun. Our client is seeking dynamic and accountable self-starters that thrive juggling multiple projects. An analytical person that loves to ideate, test, learn, and repeat is a perfect fit.

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will review and analyze sales performance. You will provide insight and tactics for growth opportunities while communicating and executing client-specific strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

eCommerce Marketplace Knowledge in the MENA Region. (Pref. FMCG products).

Preferred proficiencies:

Experience in listing/selling FMCG products & brands on top Marketplaces in the Mena region.

Highly organized and capable of priority setting

Process-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote environment

Results-oriented - meets and exceeds goals, proactive communicator that is very bottom-line results-focused

Focuses on what's important; quickly zeroes in on the critical and urgent tasks to be completed while leaving secondary, less important tasks for later

Collaborative problems solver that works well with team members and supports peers

Ability to learn on-the-go and quickly add value to client work

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:

Lead regular (weekly, monthly or bi-monthly) video calls with clients and maintain contact with clients as needed

Ensure projects are completed on time

Understand clients objectives, goals, product mix, and sales strategy

Generate monthly client reporting and scorecards, including analysis based on client-specific requirements

Troubleshoot complex catalog issues that inhibit sales & performance

File cases with Marketplace support, troubleshooting issues including reinstatements

Launch, optimize and maintaining product listings using best practices

Inventory alert management and shipment plan troubleshooting for inventory replenishment.

Marketplace Ads & Marketing Management

Stay current on industry trends and best practices, specifically online eCommerce marketplaces in the UAE &GCC.
