JOB PURPOSE:
The Inside Sales specialist will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The main target product for this position is to sell Client digital payment solutions to SMB customers. As a successful Inside sales product specialist, you must build instant rapport with prospects on the first call and achieve customer satisfaction through a very defined sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands end-to-end digital payment solutions/ product cycle from presales, and post-sales, to delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Delivers presales and post Sales consulting to build up business for digital payment technology solutions and products.
- Optimize existing client payment processes and identify opportunities for automation and adoption of new technologies.
- Understands business requirements, and assists in developing functional specs, including new development or system
enhancement of the existing technology solutions.
- Works closely with the team to design and deliver solutions to clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional team to execute marketing/product campaigns for the taxation solutions
- Research and identify new sales opportunities in taxation Solutions through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and personalize the recommended solution in line with the client's needs
- Close sales and achieve target quotas for the taxation solution set by the management
- Have extensive experience in taxation & accounting digital solutions
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement, meet customer expectations and NPS target
- Be familiar with and utilizes applicable sales tools (such as CRM) to effectively plan and communicate progress.
- Participate in building SOWs and service offerings to create clarity for our customers
- Become the expert & reference in all the digital payment solutions
