الوصف الوظيفي
Our client is a reputed food & manufacturing company in the UAE that deals in its brands and private labelling across the region. They are looking to hire a PRO (Emirati National) to be based in their office inDubai.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours:8 am to 5 pm (1-hour break)
In this role, you will be responsible to do the following responsibilities:
- - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- - Handle complaints accordingly and grievance procedures
- - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- - Communicate with public services when necessary
- - Maintain and develop the personal filing system
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the followingrequirements.
1. Must be a UAE National
2. Minimum 1 years experience in working as an HR for any business operations. Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
3. Should have a sound understanding of HR operations & compliance with labour laws.
4. Any relevant degree/Diploma holder. Holding an HR certification would be a plus.
