• Supports the Transformation department with business process re-engineering by conducting time studies and data analysis.
• Facilitates communication across many functional groups to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
• Supports on standardization and streamlining of processes wherever possible and appropriate in line with best managements practices.
• Creates and/or revises processes and associated documentation including process flows/modelling, procedural guides, SIPOC models, RACIs, schematics, templates, diagrams, and charts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the process, procedural and technical documentation.
• Prepare Lean Six Sigma course materials in preparation for Senior Managers facilitating training.
• Assist Senior Managers with their administrative efforts (data collection, process mapping, photocopying, arrangements etc.) within the Continuous Improvement programme with specified Business Units to systematically reduce Transguard Group costs, improve output quality and embed a continuous improvement culture.
• Manage database of Continuous Improvement initiatives to assist Senior Managers to systematically reduce Transguard Group costs, improve output quality and embed a continuous improvement culture.
• Support the Continuous Improvement Analyst and various Business Units in working towards the monthly Management Performance Review meetings and make required changes on the Balanced Scorecards.
• Manage administrative and project reporting requirements that are linked to the Transformation initiatives.
