• Analyze and verify all related payroll records and queries in a timely manner.
• Analyze data and report in an professional manner providing suggestions based on the findings.
• Preparing and circulating correspondences related to system and process changes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
• Maintaining all payroll related amendments on monthly basis and the same to be sent to Payroll Officer for system updation.
• Manage and co-ordinate best practice processes to ensure the accurate processing of all pay related data.
• To ensure confidentiality practices and data protection is upheld in line with policy and legislation.
