Key Responsibilities;
- Deliver profitable businesses by selling end-to-end products, such as Air, Sea & Land.
- Pro-actively engage into new customer relationships, identify high potential customers and develop them further into regular accounts.
- Pro-active contract management: renewal of rates, space allocation management, and maintaining credit agreements.
- Effectively identify, communicate and voice customers needs by actively engaging with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Management) to resolve challenges, improve products and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to focus on revenue optimization and meeting overall volume targets Sea & Air Imports & Exports on our services.
Requirements
- We are looking for; It is preferable that he/she has a good understanding of the UAE export/import market, shipping industry and logistics processes. Individual should have more than 7-9 years of sales working experience in Freight Forwarding or relevant industries.
- Should be available in UAE / with a valid driving license
