• Understand and influence business drivers and strategies through effective partnership to ensure business objectives are surpassed.
• Drive organizational effectiveness in alignment with the business objectives including census control across MERTA region.
• Strong advocacy and leading change through the identification and deployment of positive transformation opportunities (people, process, structure)
• Lead the Management Resource Review process and ensure identified actions are carried out to ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Establish and execute organization development programs for SPS organization across MERTA region.
• Act as a coach and confidant
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and employee relations requirements within EMEA countries.
• Development and execution of HR strategies to support the long-term business plan and annual operating plan (AOP) objectives across the HR scope of influence, including :
• Talent acquisition and retention
• Performance management
• Learning and skills development
• Compensation Planning
• Organizational development
• Organizational effectiveness
• Labour & Employee Relations
• Leadership Coaching
• Cultural change agent
