• Implementing Sales strategies and activities in order to increase market share and drive business to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel from Russia and CIS market with special focus on luxury business and accounts.
• Set the strategies along with the ADOS & DOSM and implementing sales activities in order to drive business from main feeder markets in Russia and the CIS countries and achieve the financial goal.
• Effectively manage and develop the respective key accounts and achieve the set revenue targets of managed accounts.
• Contributing to overall Sales strategy of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
• Monitoring market trends, collecting and sharing market intelligence with the team and the management.
• Supporting and communicating Jumeirah’s brand promise ”Stay Different”. Source new partners in the Russia and CIS to increase market share.
• Focus on high end clientele for villa and suite product.
