Design and implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives
• Manage the human resources programs and ensure that initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives
• Supervise HR department, deal with employee grievances and disputes, support employee development and enhance job satisfaction
• Forecast staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintain employee records, manage budgets, design accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs
• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
