Product Manager

Responsibilities:
• Define a thoughtful, detailed, and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases, and products.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specs, and aggressively unblock the engineering teams to execute fast
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Socialize the product ideas and key decisions in strategic discussions and ideation sessions with business leaders; form productive and trusting relationships with them.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviour, in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Measure the performance of product launches and iterate to success
• Cultivate product positioning and benefit statements, partnering with the marketing and communication team to create collateral that generates excitement and makes it easy for our potential customers to adopt and understand the benefits.
• Perform competitive benchmark analysis, analyze customer needs, look at surveys and quantitative data to come up with the right judgement of product and feature investments.
