SCM Intern

• Input data in ERP System,
  
• Support SCM team in:
  
• Liaising with dealers for shipping documents including packing list, delivery report, CO re-export, certificate of manufacture, CO/CQ, customer clearance, invoice
  
• Liaising with local forwarders for delivery arrangement to customers nationwide.
  
• Providing Accounting with original docs for payment process
  
• File shipping documents including shipping arrival, original documents
  
• Check & provide serial number of machines for sales
  
• Prepare and provide the delivery documents for direct sales
  

Requirements

• Education: college degree, preferred in business/supply chain management/logistic related field
  
• Work experience: No
  
• Good command in writing and speaking English
  
• Computer skill: Microsoft office
  
• Details oriented, hardworking, results oriented and able to work independently
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
  
• Careful, good at number and excel
