What you will be doing:
- Prepare for daily VIPs arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of Guests
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guest and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all time.
- Resolve guest's complaints / requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up
- Closely monitor guest comments on online channels and social media and respond to guest comments.
- File daily guest relations report and documents systematically
- Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
- Ensure that all messages, mails and packages are delivered to the guest room.
- Daily courteous calls to VIP rooms, so too with other guests
- Re announce VIP rooms to Housekeeping and F&B departments.
- Ensure the hotel's online ratings externally on Trip Advisor, Booking.com, etc.
- Check VIP rooms after amenities are placed
- Come up with innovative ideas for guest recovery
- Takes responsibility for anticipating and meeting customer needs
- Identifies opportunities and initiates interaction with guests, being professional and welcoming
