Business Support Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Provide general organisational, logistical and administrative support to the department and the relevant stakeholders.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Assist with tracking and processing invoices and payments to external consultants and advisors and manage internal charge backs to regional offices, BU’s, divisions globally, and corporate functions at HO (where applicable).
• Provide administrative support from time to time to Group Compliance.
• Assist with the department’s internal filing system(s).
• Update company books and department documentation, and templates to reflect DP World’s new brand following the rebranding exercise.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Prepare and clear CAPEX / OPEX, requests for payments, petty cash, and Maximo requisition requirements for the department, and ensure all expenses and charges and relevant reports are raised on time.
