Drive the execution of commercial key growth drivers across our markets and top focus countries providing a consolidated brand, category, channel and country level assessment and framework
Lead and drive evolution in processes and organizational adjustment to promote a harmonized approach to delivering against strategic priorities.
Leading the development and implementation of new strategic business concepts and market expansion plans and go to market strategies reflecting macroeconomics, geopolitics as well as latest trends and innovation
Ensure communication of a consistent narrative on the MENA Strategic plan through the organization by securing alignment and collaboration with multiple senior stakeholders, Market Organizations, Sales Channels, Business Units and Brand Functions whilst regularly updating the General Manager and EM SLT.
Lead local cluster effort to gather relevant insights from consumer, marketplace, channels and geographies and inform the strategic plan.
Act as end-to-end internal consultant who plays a role of challenger and sparring partner for the senior leadership team by providing the relevant local insights and data to support informed decision making.

Actively participate in the country/cluster Senior Leadership Team) to ensure EMEA/EM strategic goals are prioritized in the work program.
Lead agenda planning and organization of relevant documentation to ensure the General Manager and other members of the Leadership Team are prepared for all key stakeholder interactions and cluster visits (VIP decks).
Lead the ongoing improvement of management and broader processes through review and assessment, making recommendations based on best practice.
Support the General Manager to drive engagement and understanding of the Leadership Team priorities and action plans using a variety of communication tools such as TAIT and Yammer
Prepare, facilitate and follow-up on local Senior Leadership meetings as well as VIP Market Visits.
Facilitate best-practice or upskilling workshops to the local market where relevant and value adding.
