Lead Project Management Specialist

• Supervising roles that are responsible for direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
• Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities and suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Contributing to plan of larger unit and works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
• Communicating about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
• To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership.
• Have a diversified experience with key customer accounts in region.
• Able to master basic projects financials with profitable mindset in cost management solutions.
• Have an advanced skills in projects planning and schedule management tools.
• Have a dynamic customer engagement and cultural knowledge of the geographical region needs.
