Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Integration of Process Safety in capital projects: Help ensure integration of process safety throughout the lifecycle of capital projects and assure compliance
• Provide support and advisory to ENOC businesses on process safety implementation, execution and action items closure (e.g. tools, processes, risk assessment and acceptance, trainings, auditing, metrics, design specifications etc.)
• Help develop and implement key performance indicators to track the status and performance of process safety across ENOC group
• Lead/Participate in the GHSE audits and reviews as Process Safety SME. Develop recommendations and deliver periodic status reports on process safety progress
• Lead/participate in incident investigations as nominated by GHSE
• Provide deep functional expertise to build process safety capabilities and awareness across the group including designing and delivering specialist certified training programs on process safety (e.g. HAZOP, QRA, LOPA, Bow-ties, MOC etc.)
• Maintain current knowledge of all associated codes and standards including legal and regulatory requirements related to process safety. Incorporate the changes in ENOC group GHSE practices and communicate across the ENOC group
