Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Dubai Financial Market online platform and its features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Provide personalized support to customers to help them achieve their goals and successfully use the online platform
- Work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and find solutions that meet their needs
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and identify opportunities for improvement
