We re looking for aSenior Recruiterto build their own recruitment desk and eventually manage their own team of consultants, who sell our recruitment and consultancy services to automotive dealer groups, independent dealers, workshops, and automotive OEM s (original equipment manufacturers). However, someone coming with recruitment experience in an industry outside of automotive is welcome.

Managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, developing, and bringing on new business accounts, and working collaboratively to ensure that we re able to exceed expectations, you will have excellent people skills and be passionate about delivering an exceptional service. You ll encourage and engage your colleagues by supporting them to drive sales, enable them to overcome problems, and develop their skills.


This role is integral to the success of our future. Ideally, you ll have recruitment, B2B, account management or luxury sales experience, and a proven track record of both hitting sales targets and managing and developing a team. Reporting to our MD, the Senior Recruiter will also be required to complete operational tasks such as reporting, presenting and analysis. You will also spend around 80% of your time developing new clients and managing accounts yourself, so being able to lead by example is paramount to the success of your team.


The Role

  • Build a successful recruitment desk with pipeline of clients.
  • Achieve set KPIs consistently and seek new clients/business opportunities.
  • Recruit and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants / Resourcers.
  • Train and coach, your team to help them be the best they can be in their role.
  • As Senior Consultant, you will help handle any more difficult client requests that may be escalated.
  • Manage existing accounts, and generate new clients and leads, working to an individual target as well as supporting the team target.
  • Generating sales reports, analysing these, and using data to make useful suggestions.
  • Assist with general administration and other tasks as required.
  • Promote and consistently demonstrate our Company values.

  • Recruitment experience would be ideal, but we re open to those candidates with transferable skills from B2B and luxury sales.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, you must have the ability to lead by example with client relationships.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills, being able to perform multiple tasks whilst managing own time management.
  • Ability to approach tasks logically and systematically and/or projects, to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines & budgets.
  • Can demonstrate high personal standards and good team working practices. Build working relationships across the company with all other functions within the business.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Clear, concise & tailored communication with clients is essential.
  • A driven salesperson mentality, someone who thrives on working to, and exceeding, sales targets and motivating others to do the same.
  • Computer literate; knowledge of MS Office.
  • Recruitment software knowledge would be beneficial as we use an (ATS) Applicant Tracking System.
