Assistant Planner

Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor the required plan of vessels scheduled for docking.

• Review owners provided hull drawings and calculation of ship stability and ballast condition.

• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the safety of docking the vessels

.• Prepare drawings and sketches of different types of vessels and prepare docking plan, calculations

• Safety, Quality & Environment

:• Operate reproduction equipment/machine such as plotters and printers.

• Participating in any training and safety initiatives implemented by the Company• STOP the task if you feel yourself or others may be harmed• Responsible for guiding clients and providing technical information about ship to be docked

.• Complying with all Safety directives, and work instructionof ship stability & ballast conditions

.• Responsible for the blocks and cradles arrangement for every vessel.
