Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Documents new and existing models, solutions, and implementations.
• Experience on working with underlying technologies such:
Azure data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse
• Organizes and leads projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems in Microsoft Azure
• The Azure Data Analyst focuses on working on low to high complex and cross-functional BI solutions.
• Primary responsibilities include using Azure services to design tools and frameworks for automating report generation, identification of data-quality issues, and data governance that enable ad-hoc, self-serve and BI reporting solutions.
• Azure Data Analyst collaborates with other BI team members to understand business needs and with Data Engineers to identify and meet data requirements, and
• participates in supporting workstream and planning process.
• Experience in Database Design and development with Business Intelligence using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), DAX, OLAP Cubes, Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Experience in Agile working environments.
• Responsible for creating reusable and scalable dimensional models and/or OLAP cubes
• Implements data structures using best practices in data modelling, processes, and technologies
• Experience in writing Power BI DAX code
• Perform other related duties as assigned
