Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including hiring, and firing staff members as needed
Coordinating with event planners to ensure that all arrangements are made for special events
Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for events are delivered on time
Making sure that the interior of the place is always clean and well-maintained.
Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the facility, including ordering replacements when needed
Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly during events, such as weddings and conferences
Coordinating with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish
Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always well-kept
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience of Head of Housekeeping or Household Management, preferably assisting high level executives. flexible with late working hours and weekends. Strong personality, problem solving and organizational skills. Advanced level English - both oral and written. Completes all given tasks on time, as directed by the VIP employer reliable, diligent, dedicated and attention to detail. friendly not familiar, keep privacy and confidentiality
