As a successful and preferred recruitment partner, we have been instructed by one of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in the world to assist in the hire of an experienced Oracle Database Administrator
With our client's global HQ in the vibrant and extravagant multicultural city of Dubai, we are looking for well-established individuals to join them on a long-term rolling contract basis (12+ Months).

Experience and Skills Required
*Extensive Oracle database administration experience in senior support function for large organization. Deployment, operations, tuning, backup, security
*Strong in data modelling, writing, tuning and optimizing statements in respective languages and scripting for Oracle DBs
*Advance knowledge in Oracle database architecture and deployments. Lead and define system architecture for the application within the boundaries of the enterprise architecture Identify system functionality, and map functionality to software components
*Experience with continuous availability deployments - RAC. Experience with Oracle ADG, Enterprise Manager, Golden Gate
*Experience in environments requiring low latency, high throughput, availability and scalability. Performance tuning and advisory. High availability 100% experience - zero outage patching on rolling principle. Web grade scalability and availability experience
*Experience in usage of Oracle DBs in public cloud style deployments - Amazon AWS, MS Azure. Cloud aware architectures deployment and support background
*Expert in performance tuning, capacity management and troubleshooting large Oracle DB deployments with continuous availability requirements
*Working experience with other RDBMS databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
*Oracle database 11g-19c administration
*Strong in data modelling, writing, tuning and optimizing SQLs and PL-SQL for Oracle databases
*Responsible for day to day monitoring, patch analysis and deployments
*Expertise in cloning / refreshing production application and database to non-production instances
