• Create and develop a signature (hallmark) branded leadership development programme for leaders in DP World.
• Design a pipeline of leadership and talent development solutions for DPW and a strategy for implementation and delivery globally to enhance leadership and management capabilities in line with business needs.
• Consider options for executive education for leadership development – consult with other business schools and partners (globally) and plan for innovative, modern solutions for the future, integrated with other leadership and management solutions mentioned previously.
• Design and develop individual customised leadership/management programmes, as required by the business (e.g. “Modules in Leading and Managing People/Talent” or “Managing Teams.”)
• Act as a consultant to leaders and managers on how to lead and how to develop their teams. Advise on what tools they might use, what development solutions they may propose, and how to manage and coach more effectively.
• Partner with Head Talent & Leadership Development , to create development plans and solutions for Talent Management and High Potential programmes.
