JOB PURPOSE:
- To manage team of parts associates in UAE level.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained as per agreed KPI to avoid dead stock with business.
- Plays a crucial role in identifying new sourcing vendors from time to time within the region to ensure that budgeted parts sales and margin targets are achieved every month.
- Lead anddevelop a strong performing team capable of achieving changing customer expectation levels by achieving target CSV scores.
- Demonstrates people skills and knowledge of products which play decisive role in crucial and critical customer handling in cases where his involvement becomes imperative.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks.
SERVICE MARKETING
- It is the responsibility of the Parts Supervisor to update the team with other dealers new parts/accessories as well as campaigns and monitoring of changes in the price.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT / MANAGEMENT
- Maintain an elevated level of motivation and morale in the team and ensure development of the staff, to achieve prominent level of employee engagement and thereby high productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop good human relations and understanding with co-workers. Provide job related assistance and advice from time-to-time. Ensures he is updated on policies and systemsand provides on-the-job training to the co-workers voluntarily.
CONTROL OF PARTS AREA
- Ensures that Parts area is professionally managed and operates smoothly for elevated level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recognise each team members capability, assign jobs accordingly for greater effectiveness, monitor progress of team members, and recommend procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency, liaise with external support agencies, update co-workers knowledge and make decisions to the benefit of customers, staff, and management.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Ensure an elevated level of Customer engagement for customer retention and business development.
Over-aged stock:
- Ensure over aged stock parts are closely monitored and sold off on time before financial provision.
Inventory Planning:
- Ensure locations receive the Auto replenishment stock every day.
- Excess stock as per Syncron returned to CPD
- Perform perpetual inventory to deliver annual inventory results with zero discrepancy
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Graduate/Diploma in Automobile
Minimum Experience: 5- 7 years relevant experience in handling multi brand parts division.
Job-Specific Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Behavioural Competencies: Leadership abilities, a self-starter.
