Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed general insurance company. Our client is looking for a Electrical Engineer as part of our Emiratization initiative. This role focuses on is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations to ensure efficient patient care regulatory compliance and highquality service delivery.
Oversee and manage daily clinical and administrative operations.
Ensure optimal workflow for patient intake scheduling and care coordination.
Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
Ensure accurate medical recordkeeping and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Monitor financial performance and ensure resource allocation aligns with patient care objectives.
Coordinate with billing and coding teams to streamline revenue cycles.
Analyze operational costs and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Requirements
Knowledge and experience of working in UAE medical market
Microsoft soft skills (Excel Word and Power Points)
Knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance and billing procedures.
Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Management Nursing or related field (Master s preferred).
