The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. We are looking for an experienced HRBP with a strategic mindset that can align our business objectives with our people strategy. A change agent and people champion for the employees and management.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Strategic planning around recruitment company values promotion and preparing our current employees for the future by focusing on reskilling and upskilling.
  

Coaching and Consulting

• Conduct regular meetings with our business leaders and provide advice and coaching.
  
• KPI management
  

Employee Engagement and Retention

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  
• Work closely with management to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
  

Onboarding

• Improve our current Onboarding program ensuring a smoother transition into their role by setting up necessary tools and providing relevant information.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
  
• Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Excellent people management skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  
• UAE experience: 2 years
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
