Provide proactive and responsive support to sales agents and clients in the Chinese market, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with any issues or concerns, including scheduling client meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads and opportunities.
Assist in the coordination of sales activities by providing quotations, issuing policies, support in endorsement and claims, coordination with insurance companies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive insights to support sales efforts.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as managing documentation, maintaining client records, and updating sales databases.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales support function, implementing best practices and solutions
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience working in the insurance or financial services industry.
Knowledge of insurance products and services.
Candidate MUST be fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) & English.
Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
