Senior Recruitment Consultant
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing candidates to closing offers. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop client/business relationships
- Collaborate with clients to define recruitment needs and create job descriptions
- Source screen and interview candidates
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offer terms and close candidates
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the recruitment database
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Management and training of junior Recruitment Consultants & resourcers
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a 360 recruiter
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- A strong and proven track record in sales networking and/or client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A winning mentality
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
Salary & Package
The Senior Recruitment Consultant position offers a competitive annual salary with opportunities for industryleading performancebased commissions.
- Basic Salary 15000 – 20000 AED pm depending on experience
