- Broader administrative support work.
- Updating trackers and spreadsheets, managing the internal portal/systems, managing calendars, creating PowerPoint presentations, and scheduling meetings.
- Managing front-end website, preparing inductions, pamplets, proposals, pitches etc.
- Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Director/Manager.
- Actively working for the Manager/Director on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing of relevant candidates.
- Conducting research into the Middle East Legal market and globally and writing articles for the company website and LinkedIn.
- Sourcing for professionals in the legal market, screening & shortlisting candidates looking for new opportunities in the region, and outside of the region (those looking to relocate).
- Facilitating salary negotiations between the candidates & the clients.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Be confident and highly motivated.
- Have a law degree (or equivalent).
