The Investment Agent will serve to analyse financial information needed to forecast trends and support sound Real Estate investment decisions. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains expert understanding of various factors that significantly drive investment decisions, including activity in the capital lending markets, and local ownership risk evaluations based on economic, environmental, financial, socio-economic, and climate risk factors that impact risks and opportunities involved in real estate ownership and developments in the state and local economic and business environments.
Develops and maintains close relations with existing clients and potentially nurturing a relationship with prospectives clients.
Must understand and be able to explain to customers market reports and trends impacting risks correlated to owning and investing in areas or a specific asset.
Prepares and presents reports detailing recommendations or analysis of service metrics based on assigned territory.
Observes in detail investment performance of trades to detect adverse indicators early.
Capture leads and develop prospect relationships.
Meet with prospects and present our property details and facts.
Work with Implementation Team to add clientele to roster and Transaction Team to draft offers, and manage contract coordination.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required skills / Abilities:
Must have a real estate sales license.
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to research and analyse required information.
Ability to recognize trends and make appropriate predictions.
Thorough understanding of laws, rules, and guidelines concerning investments including the tax code and accounting policies and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate or related field required; MBA highly preferred.
Projects portfolio or any previous work portfolio required, please include in application
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
