Roles & Responsibilities
· Advertise and market our owned and managed properties.
· Source and liaise professionally with prospective buyers with aim of selling the owned and managed properties.
· Understand buyer requirements and present shortlisted units meeting the buyer’s criteria.
· Conduct research and analysis of property market and be aware of areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
· Prepare and coordinate with potential buyers and sales administration team for contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.
