Technical assistance missions: carried out directly at the customer's premises, carrying out an on-site diagnosis and providing appropriate technical training in pastry making.
Assist the Regional Pastry Chef in all activations and events (preparations/set-up/professional travels...)
Knowledge of the Company's products to promote the entire portfolio.
Propose adaptations of local recipes in agreement with the Regional Pastry Chef
Be in support of marketing activations (event / trade shows / ...)
Conduct vocational training courses.
Carry out close assistance and professional consulting (Customer Visits)
Lead pastry demonstrations with customers
Carry out Company Technical After-Sales on customer request or on marketing or sales proposal.
Work in collaboration with the sales team of the zone.
Bring innovation & ideas to recruit, build loyalty and entertain customers.
Requirements
Proven knowledge of pastry
3 years of experience in pastry - craft and/or food service.
Knowledge of chocolate basics, ice cream and pastry making techniques
